  • Unopened, unused pucks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Opened pucks are final sale and cannot be returned, per health and safety regulations on nicotine products.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
