1. Consumable Product Policy

Because Onspresso nicotine pouches are a consumable, health-related product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered packages. This policy protects the safety of our customers and keeps us compliant with health regulations.

2. Eligible Returns

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

You received the wrong product or flavor
Your order arrived damaged or defective
Your order is missing items that were paid for

To qualify, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number and photos of the item(s) received.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email our support team at support@onspresso.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used pouch cans
Products purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact that retailer directly)
Promotional or free items included with an order

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible at support@onspresso.com if you need to make a change.

7. Shipping Scope

Onspresso currently ships only within the United States and does not offer international shipping. See our Shipping Policy for the specific states we are unable to ship to.
